OVERCOME FEAR AND ANXIETY
A good death meditation results in a happy, clear mind
Sarahni Stumpf
Our physical bodies will inevitably die. We know this but we deny it so effectively that when the time comes we have regrets about our life. By meditating on our death in a proper way, we learn to make every moment of life precious and meaningful by way of our daily life choices. Our state of mind and heart become clear, happy, free of anxiety and fear. And we can better help others overcome their anxieties and fears.
This program includes 8 two hour classes, part theory, investigation and instruction, and part guided meditation. Held over Presidents Day Holiday weekend, Feb 17-20, 2023, we invite you to come to Diamond Mountain for just the program, or to extend your stay to include some personal retreat time in which to explore and practice that you have just learned.
