Vajrayana Vow Renewal

(thru Group Self-Initiation)

Sunday, December 30, 2018 – Tuesday, January 1, 2019

Diamond Mountain welcomes all DMU alumni with Vajrayogini initiation to celebrate Vajrayogini Day with us at Diamond Mountain with a special vow renewal ceremony.  Reconnect with your vajra family, reconnect with Diamond Mountain.

Join your Vajra brothers and sisters at Diamond Mountain Retreat Center to renew your Vajrayana vows.  The group self-initiation ceremony will be held on Monday, December 31st, 2018 (Vajrayogini Day) from 2:00-7:00pm followed by an open New Year’s Eve Celebration (David Stumpf will be leading an open teaching on the 3 Principal Paths December 28, 2018 – January 1, 2019.  We’ll be joining his group to celebrate the New Year!).

There will be no Master of Ceremonies, we’ll simply renew our vows together using the Vajra Yogini Self-Initiation Ceremony Text.  The ceremony is free of charge, group meals may be available upon request for an additional fee. Please let us know if you are interested in this option when you register.

For the vow renewal ceremony, please bring your Vajrayogini Empowerment Text (TCS 7), Bell, Dorje & Drum, Dutsi, a Vase, Conch shell, a 5-colored string and offerings for Vajrayogini.  If you no longer have your Vajrayogini Empowerment Text, you can request a pdf (free) or hardcopy ($75) from Diamond Mountain.

We recommend renting a car from Tucson airport for the weekend and carpooling with friends.  If there are folks who need a ride, we’ll try and pair you up with someone who has rented a car and has open seats.  Unfortunately, at this time Diamond Mountain is not able to provide transportation to/from the airport.

If you wish to stay overnight at Diamond Mountain, we are offering a discounted weekend package which includes 2 nights accommodation (Sunday & Monday).
